Tent Party (March 14, 2025) The Tent Party is a free, family-friendly event held on the day of the St. Patrick's Day Parade, Friday, March 14, from 9 am to 3 pm. Located on North Street near the parade starting line at North and Pennsylvania, the event transforms the area into a vibrant celebration, complete with food trucks and a beer garden, as the street is closed to traffic for the occasion. Parade Registration is Open For 2025. If you would like to register a unit in the 2025 St. Patrick's Day Parade, please follow the steps below. PARADE REGISTRATION. 1. Organizations are required to fill out an online application for entry into the Parade. The deadline for Parade entry is February 17th. APPLY NOW. 2. The St. Patrick’s Day celebrations kicked off with the Greening of the Canal on Thursday for the 29th year in a row. Then on Friday, hundreds of people came out to enjoy the annual St. Patrick St. Patrick's Day may fall on Monday, but Indianapolis is celebrating all weekend long.
